Why so long to SHIP?

I purchased two of these corbels on Houzz for a project and it's taking forever to ship - WHY. I need these yesterday! Purchased 9/22 and it's 9/28 and they have not even shipped yet. I purchased from here because I ordered a different set of corbels and they were at my door in 3 days. What gives? I would have paid for shipping to have them on time. Please update me today. Order: 1546-2169-2384-3748

Thank you for your order. The other corbels you ordered may have been products that we stock. All of our rustic wood products are custom by nature, and therefore have a longer lead time than our stocked products. Please contact our customer service to track this order.

It's October 14th and you shipped only one in ERROR. We all make mistakes, but really. Houzz Customer Service told me that it was your error and you would be making the second corbel a Top Priority - hah. Ordered these Sept 23, still don't have them? VERY Poor Service.
