Siding feedback on new home

We would like to cover this entire home with White Hardie Panel Board and Batten, 16" on center. Black Windows and Black Roof. However, I would like some feedback on other siding options and ideas. Do you think we would get the same Farm House effect with White Hardie Plank, 7" exposure, smooth Lap Siding?
Can someone tell me their thoughts on Galvalume in white? And if so, where to purchase....
It's a new construction home on a 30 acre farm. We are going for a modern farm look.
