Replace my sofa with leather?

I found this leather Lee Industries sofa on Craigslist for $800. Thoughts on price, looks and quality? I would like to replace the current fabric sofa in my living room. Would it work in my room?

    I'd grab it. Just check carefully for ink pen marks because they are very hard to remove.
