Try looking for it at outlets that might have variety names on bromeliads.

And tips for growing: it absorbs nutrients with leaves, so don't water the substrate, but mist whole plant daily. More in summer, less in winter. During hot days leave some water inside the leaf rosette.
It dislikes too much direct sunlight. If it has too much light or not enough water, it will start rolling leaves.
Your plant will bloom for next few months, produce pups and slowly wilt. You can remove any completely dry parts so the pups have more space to grow.

Just one more question, since it's a tillandsia, does it prefer to be mounted or should I leave it in the pot? It has a mix of fir bark, perlite and coconut fiber in the pot right now.

I have some epiphytes which I've mounted on wood, but I haven't had any experience with bromeliads/tillandsias yet. The only other tillandsia I have right now (or have ever had) is a pink quill, which to my knowledge doesn't like to be mounted.. (or does it?)

I think it can be mounted on something too, but people prefer growing it potted like orchids - just sitting on some bark. Maybe uncover the plant base a bit, it shouldn't be wet for prolonged time.
