I've been reading up on Al Tapla's gritty mix recipe. Yes, it is quite long and explains things very well. Besides the reference to "CRF if desired" I can't find what exactly CRF is. Maybe I missed it somewhere along the way? Can someone help me with this, please. It seems like it is some kind of nutrient.
