That is goji gall mite, Aceria kuko. Generally not a serious pest - just causes those bumps/disfiguring of the foliage. If you want to control, spraying with a horticultural oil just before leaf drop and again in spring just as buds form will reduce the infestation.

Have you had any luck controlling the gall mites?

Galls don't really need controlling. They don't affect the fruiting. And the foliage is nothing much to look at anyway. You may not even get any galls next season.

Thanks for the comment on the goji berry bumps that are on the leaves that I am seriously trying to plant and harvest a good goji berry crop.

I have the same problem my bushes are 7 years old and would take over this end of the workd if id let them i trimmed back treated the stuff my tomatoes passed to it now its mites i guess its good to see others raising goji bushes! when i first got them i couldnt find any info on growing them
