does this light include mounting materials?

I ordered this exact light from you last year order #1519-2459-5926-4265 and paid $3490.00. Now you have it priced at $2786.25 can I have a difference in the price if I was overcharged. The house I'm building is just being finished and there isn't any mounting material or chain to hang it from the ceiling. Should this have been included with the light fixture?
