Hi,

We're in the process of a sunroom remodel. The room is about 14x14 with 12-12 pitch ceiling, about 15' high. Currently we have an electrical box in the center of the ridge beam for a ceiling fan (with light). The ceiling has skylights and there is no room for recessed cans. I was thinking of adding additional electrical boxes on either side of the fan along the ridge beam for a hanging light. These would be about 26" from each end. Any thoughts? Not sure if the room is too small for this, or if the lights would be too close to the wall, or it the horizontal support beams would obstruct the view of the lights or create odd shadows. Other than the ceiling fan the only other light we would have is from floor/table lamps. Attached is a top view of my vision.
