I have the same issue in my bathroom! We are pulling all mirrors, buying hanging mirrors for over the sink and having a custom shelving unit built that will sit on the counter for the space between the two walls for additional storage. Good Luck!

You could put cheerful art in the middle, or a set of open shelves, or shift the hand towel so both sinks can reach the same one. But if you're keeping the seating/vanity area, you might want at least a stand mirror there...
