My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    HI, I'm the photographer so I am not sure where the couch and rug is from. You can ask the designers at Lux Design Inc. Also in the other pictures of this room members have made suggestions of where to get the couch and rug:
    "It looks like part of the Fallon line by Surya. I would guess FAL1059 or FAL-1065. You can see their whole catalogue on our site http://loftyambitions.ca/accents/area-rugs/surya-digital-catalogue-detail We can order it for you if you'd like. "
