My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Exterior Colors

What a beautiful home - your active participation answering questions is SO much appreciated, what a great project you have here!

Can you please tell me what color the fascia boards/trim are, what color the front door is, and the color/manufacturer of the roof shingles?

    I sure did! Larry at Clay Construction was just amazing and so helpful. I attached the photo he sent me of the selections. We didn't want to have to paint the Hardie so we went with Pearl Gray with Black Windows and Gray Mist trim and it looks fantastic - it's only about halfway done though - keep getting delayed with SNOW!

      Hi Erin - wondering if you can share a photo of your house with Pearl Gray/Black Windows and gray mist trim. We're also contemplating exterior colours for a new house and I keep coming back to this particular house. I thought it was James Hardie Pearl Gray but realized it's not....

      Gray Mist was all of the trim except the cedar posts at the front, which we stained grey.
