Island Dimensions

Can you tell me the dimensions of this island? What is the cabinet depth and overhang depth? And do you like the dimensions?

I'm remodeling my loft apartment kitchen. Not sure whether to go with back to back cabinets 24" deep cabinets and no overhang for chairs, or only one set of 24" deep cabinets with a 12" overhang. Any help would be great. Thanks!
