So can ypu explain how it works? Very little here to understand except it's a 12 volt system.

The VGSWS-8DC Gronomics Vertical Garden Self-Watering System is an accessory to the VG 33-23 - Vertical Garden Stand (includes a 8 gallon water reservoir). The DC System allows the customers to use a timer with battery to self water the Vertical Garden without manually doing so.
