Adorable seedlings! I also have some multiflorum and swazicum seedlings myself (thank you Rick!) and can't wait to see their bloom! They are getting preferential treatment, lol. I wonder if someone here has multiflorum that bloomed already?

Hi everyone!!! These are some of my Melody Adeniums. One branched by itself. I hope it's a good sign. These are almost a year old. Reused the pots.

Wispy, they are good looking seedlings.

Wow! I have Melodys, Ricks swazicum and multiflorum, and some of Roger's reds, and pinks.

Melodys are the only ones old enough to bloom, and some have already.

I have one or two of Roger's about to bloom, and they will be very early bloomers, and are high quality plants. (~8 months bloom)

The swazicum and multiflorum are almost a year old, and have yet to bloom.

I have some of the same seedlings. It will be interesting to see the flowers this summer. I think the yearling has a bud on it. Not sure but it looks pink or red.

Your seedlings are all looking so good. I am always amazed with the Swazicum seedlings in what a stable and rigid base they have in comparison to the obesum"s.

I have 2yr. Old Swazicum and still have not bloomed for me, coming up 3yrs. this next summer. They can be quite the mite magnets, but easy enough to segregate to control.

Rick, I was impressed with how quickly they grew. The seeds were of great quality. The plants outgrew many older ones of other varieties. Also, I got it wrong, I'll have to check the date, but the plants I'm describing are only about 6 months old. Looks like I have quite a wait ahead of me.

I also experienced the aphid invasion this year, as I always do, and you're right; the Swazicum are magnets.

I used Neem oil as directed on my Adeniums and they did not show any ill effects and it worked well. Actually it was Pagan that instructed me. Thanks Pagan.

I have found that I am best to keep my Swazicum & Boehmianum plants separate from my others. Saves any headache and treating of plants that would otherwise not get pests as easily.

Maybe its not an issue for u but in general roots don't like light. So clear cups are not ideal.

Rick, the very first pic shows seedlings planted in clear tupperware, roots visible through plastic.

Yes, I see now, but it would not concern me. The roots would remain within the soil if the light was too much of an issue. Not different than air drying of roots.

Hi all!!! Its been a while, long winter!! New Plant from Adenium Center!! I don't want to cut the long branch but I will try to graft it to another plant. Never tried this. Any help with this is welcome.
