My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Yes you can separate each leaf, I already bought one of those in a supermarket, usually each leaf has few roots. To unbraid it you just have to cut the top link, unpot the leaves gently and repot it.
You will have to be very patient to see pups or new leaves grow !
