accidentally roasted my shelly beans

I was trying to accelerate the drying process on my shell beans for storage, so I turned the oven on to "warm" (180) and spread the beans out on cookie sheets. The intent was to turn the oven off overnight and let them dry in the warmth as the oven cooled. However, I fell asleep and they ended up roasting at 180 for several hours. Most of them appear fine - a few are slightly browned but nothing worse than that. Can I use these beans like normal shell beans? I am hoping I haven't ruined them.
