I am not sure about your space requirement, but I would recommend figs. They are remarkably easy to propagate, can be trained/pruned to size needs and can fruit quite prolifically. Also, a well ripened fig is hard to beat in the flavor category.

rabbiteye blueberries will do well for you.

Fig tree, pecan tree, and pear tree I would say dominate the intentional edible landscaping choices in my county.

I think you are right about rabbit eye blueberries. Though highbush blueberries are sold in my county and are common, I think the lowbush, rabbit eye blueberries bushes are more likely to thrive in my county. Lower chill hours required and more adapted.

Other common edible landscaping choices I've seen do well with minimal work here were planted for ornamental purposes, despite being heavy producers. Examples are loquat, silverthorn, and pindo palm.

What I'm hoping to get out of this post is examples of productive, but undervalued and maybe not even eaten, plants. But no response is wrong!!!! and all are greatly appreciated:)

You should also grow mulberries, persimmons & paw paws as they are no maintenance/spray plants that will give you a good amount of fruit.
