My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Jonna,

    Thanks for reaching out again- we had replied to your other questions with instructions regarding a Walnut finish for the legs/base of the Cooper. There is no Charcoal finish available but here are all of the options available for no additional charge:


    Dark Espresso (very dark brown, almost black)

    Black

    Natural (no stain)

    Pecan (as shown)

    Walnut (described in other chain)
