Yes they can. However, we recommend that it be best not to leave them out during heavy rain storms to ensure their longevity. The cushions are 100% polyester and the stuffing within them is sealed in a waterproof bagging. They can withstand rain but they may begin to see some soaking throughout the years. Unfortunately we only offer this colored cushion at the moment. We are in the works of getting customizable cushions in the near future. However, in saying that, we would gladly give you the cushion dimensions in the case that you would like to replace them. We just recently reduced our prices on Houzz and are now the lowest prices unless you can buy from us locally (Fort Wayne, Indiana).
