Appliance Dilema

I'm trying to narrow down my appliance choices. And I'm fairly certain I like the Bosh wall oven and a speed oven as we want the microwave function as well. I was set on a Bosch 800 series 36" counter depth french door refrigerator 20.7 cu.ft. B21CL80SNS. But a SA pointed out that due to the kitchen plan, refrigerator being right next to the wall oven, the door on the refrigerator will be dented in no time as it will hit the oven handle. So instead he recommended an Electrolux refrigerator 22.6 cu.ft which the left door can be restricted in how wide it can be opened so it won't be banging the oven handles.

I like the 2 separate freezer drawers in the Bosch and the fact the handles of the fridge and the ovens will match. SA said Bosch our source their refrigerators to be made by another company.

The Electrolux does have more capacity inside, the shelves looks wider,

What are your thoughts? Would the handle difference be noticeable? Is there a bigger advantage to having 2 separate freezer drawers?

I wouldn't let my decision be dictated by the looks of the handles unless they were really ugly. Any version of stainless steel bar will go with any other.

You should check with a Bosch expert to see if the swing can be limited. There are also third party hinge stops, but I don't know if that would work in your particular case.

The cheapest, but most unsightly, fix, would be to put pads on the handle and fridge front. :) You can also mount a spring style doorstop on a drawer or between the ovens.

Is that a wall next to the fridge? That'll be a bigger problem than the oven if it is. If it's open wall space, you can move the fridge over a few inches. But do you need to?

Your elevation seems to show a wide filler, which would be there to keep the door from banging into the oven handle (there's no help for when someone tries to open the door while the oven door is open). Check with your kitchen designer and make sure that this is sufficient.
