Frederick edulis will probably be your best choice.

How much juice do you get from each fruit? And what's your winter weather like, how hardy is Frederick?

Is that the normal amount of juice from a passionfruit, is it high or low compared to other varieties? It doesn't seem like a lot, but of course a good vine will produce many fruit as you say.

Does passion fruit juice work well when highly diluted in lemonade, has anyone tried it that way?

The only thing I have tried is mixing it with carrot cake frosting. So,so I think the vanilla overrode any taste. Give yours a try. Experiment with small volumes first.

Tim, thanks for the photo and info. That is encouraging. Do you have to deal with caterpillars or other pests?

I do have caterpillars and this year scale. Does not have an effect on the crop though.
