    My client purchased so I will check with her. This fire table lit with a gel rather than hooking up to propane or natural gas. The gels actually work pretty well if you don't want to spend the money to run the gas directly to where you put your table, thank you for your question.

    This looks like one sold by Restoration Hardware. They have several models of propane, natural gas, and ventless fire tables.

    Did this fire pit require a vent as it's in an enclosed space and does the gel put out heat, or is it mainly for ambiance? Lovely porch!
