My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The fabric is 100% polyester. It can be spot cleaned or cleaned by an upholstery cleaner. Polyester cleans very easily. It can also be Scotchguarded to prevent staining. I am waiting to hear back from the manufacturer to see if I can get a fabric swatch. The coloring is very close to the photo on Houzz. I've personally seen this chair in the manufacturer's showroom, and it is really stunning. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
