Hello!

I think this is my first post here... anyhow, do people use distilled water on their seeds? and if so, when and why?

Or do most people just do fine with regular tap water?

I ask because somewhere I read that distilled water was better for cuttings (though I've forgotten why...), and it made me wonder if that meant it would also be good for starting seeds.

Thanks in advance! I am probably worrying about nothing. I don't think there is anything particularly wrong with my tap water.
