My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This particular custom home was designed exclusively for the homeowner by Phil Jenkins, AIA of Martin Brothers. The floor plan is not available for resale.

    how 'bout the stacked (brick style) stone around the flower beds? Is that natural stone or is it faux stone? Can you share the source?

    The stacked stone is a natural material, it came from the landscaper who is now retired. We believe you can get the same material from http://www.houzz.com/pro/buechelstone/buechel-stone-corp

    It is a stamped concrete pattern called limestone. We unfortunately do not have record of the color.
