Better late than never I guess.

I think it's an orchid called trichoceros antennifera which makes lots of aerial roots and scrambles around quite a bit, in my glasshouse anyway. It's summer flowering and if the temps aren't too extreme , produces small flowers that are pollinated by little flies (through pseudo-copulation as a result of the flower's insect-mimicry?)
