Need help with wall color

These are the two pillow shams for the matching quilts I will be putting in my grand kids room at the cottage. I was thinking of painting the furniture red and need help with a wall color that would go with both quilts. The room gets a nice amount of light and has a cathedral ceiling that is natural wood. The window overlooks the lake. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This photo is of Benjamin Moore Standish White. Despite being called white this has a lot of color too it. It is a cream that can take on a yellow hue and it has good contrast against white trim if you have. It was actually too yellow for the space I wanted it in (I ended up repainting in Pittsburgh Paints moth grey which is a light coffee color), but I think it could work for you.
