How deep is the upper above the washer/dryer?

We have a similar window issue and curious the depth of this cabinet. I see the molding edges into the window but wondering if the cabinet does as well.

The cabinets end at the washer. There is a 42" wall between the cabinet and window that you cant see by the angle of this photo.
