Nemanthus "Tropicana"

I bought two of these plants on eBay 5 months ago and this is the first bloom. The odd thing is that this picture is almost identical to the one the seller used on eBay...one little flower down in the lower growth of the plant. I didn't realize the blooms were so small. I hope more will show up eventually out where they can be seen.

Nematanthus flowers are not large, but they are bright. Well grown shiny plant with bunch of orangy yellow blossoms is very attractive. 'Tropicana' flowers are relatively large, but the color is a bit darker - so they are not as evident. Nematanthus 'Christmas Holly' has half smaller but very bright rosy-red flowers.

They both are growing well with lots of blooms, all facing the south window.
