The shutters are actually way too small so I would remove them some window boxes might be nice and also a much larger landing at the entry right now it looks like you can’t even get to the door so maybe just some decking where that front flower bed is then a couple of nice planters on the deck. As for the door look at something with more glass and as for screen you can get a phantom screen that is the best answer for being able to see the new door . Some sort of cover over the front entry would be nice but not sure if there is enough space maybe something like this would work in maybe a striped fabric with the front door the same color as the stripe maybe matching awnings over the top windows

i would extend the porch, more of a patio, remove the shutters altogether, and paint the door a fun color blue or something that pops. leave the storm door i know they are handy and with the door a more bold color it should be less noticeable. also beef up the porch light and change out the house numbers, remove the wall basket.. if you increase the porch the landscape will change, but the center needs a larger plant, overall it needs some rise and fall.

Your house is very cute! If you remove the shutters, it will be even plainer. How about a little wider, maybe a different style. I would move your address to the left side and get a prominent black light. The shutters would look great black.
You could also get nice window coverings that look great from the inside and outside.
