My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    True Mahogany Decking was just re-introduced to the US at the end of 2013 - what you most likely have is Red Meranti which is common in the NE market - no one in the NE is currently stocking True Mahogany but it's coming soon, closest market is Toronto and Baltimore.
