Need help with lighting

Hi, everyone. I haven't been on any forums for a while because I've been working a lot, but when I had an energy audit/assessment done on my home, they did something I told them not to, and needing help for my orchids, this is the first place I thought of for help. As Jane predicted, my collection has grown to 7 orchids, all phals. They've done wonderfully well under lights in my kitchen for two years, but the techs who were here the other day changed the bulbs to LED, thinking they were helping. And, they took the CFLs (that I chose so carefully for color and temperature) for recycling. I'd used the last one and threw away the package because I've been able to refer to a post here that I downloaded and saved for the right bulbs to buy. Apparently the upgrade to Windows 2010 ate that download because I've searched for two days and I can't find it on my computer. So I thought I could find it again here, but on this new(ish) Houzz, I can't even find a way to search for it in just the Garden forums. Does anyone know the article I'm referring to? It was by a male author, and he discussed color spectrum and all the details needed for successful artificial lighting. Or, can someone tell me how a search is now done here so I can look for myself?

Thanks to anyone who responds!
