My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello, and thank you for your question! The fireplace is a 42" Infinite from the Marquis Collection by Kingsman. It's a direct vent, natural gas fireplace but they carry propane fireplaces as well. We hope this helps and good luck with your project.
