My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Window Manufacturer?

Great home and WSJ write-up! Two questions - who is the window manufacturer? I assume you have a lot of wind to deal with in that location. Did you recommend a lift and slide? Finally, the article mentions radiant cooling. Is that effective in the slab or are you using the ceiling panels? Thanks!

    Hello Jenny! Thank you for your questions and for recognizing the Wall Street Journal article about this mountain modern home in Park City, Utah, designed by Sparano + Mooney Architecture.


    Yes, a lift and slide was recommended - the window manufacturers were Panda Windows & Doors and Reynaers. This LEED-certified Gold-level home features geothermal radiant slab heating and radiant slab cooling - ceiling panels were not used.
