Hello Bailey. The side panels are casements that open, the center panel is fixed. It is a 3' tall by 4' wide opening.

How deep is the window sill? Can this window be purchased as a unit? What is the cost? I am located in NC.

Its a 16" deep sill and yes, you can purchase it as a unit. Its made by Marvin Integrity and is factory mulled into the bay and sold as a unit. Not sure what the cost would be in NC, but you can look up your local Integrity supplier and find out.
