My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Still here now and then

Funny how life goes... I'll keep this short. :)

I was a semi regular here a couple years ago, some of you might remember. Anyway I started a bunch of seeds and got them going pretty well. I have about 50 still growing well, though I was really hoping for flowers off the new ones this year.

Last year though was rough. We had a fire at our house on New Years Day, and lost everything inside the house. 6 months later we got the house back, and the most important stuff from inside was replaced, but it was obviously a traumatic experience for us all .

But... things have settled pretty well. Thankfully.

Here's one of the pretty's I do have. I believe this is Grainy Pink, with an added stripe I haven't seed before or since this one particular flower.


Anyway... I'll stop by now and again to see what's going on here... see you all around...
