you might need a designer/architect, are you planning on moving any plumbing etc?

Have your husband stand with his arms raised, straight out to either side. Measure from elbow to elbow across his back...and add 18 inches. That is the size of the "square" he needs for a shower. Would he like more...of course...he's a guy and he wants a locker room type shower. We can't have everything we want. I would recommend a Speed Queen stacked, front-load W&D, they are workhorses and very dependable.

we are redoing our master bath/closet/room...huge reno.. The size is similar to yours. I made our shower 7X4 and it's humongous! (didn't look that big when I taped it out). I'm choosing tile for it now. It's a lot of tile to buy. keep that in mind. We also had to move the sewer line and plumbing. huge undertaking. I was able to do a 5X5 water closet too. We are finally coming to the end, and i'll be glad when it's over.

IMO a separate space for the toilet is such a waste of space in 50 yrs of marriage neither one of us has every used the toilet while the other is brushing their teeth or whatever the thought of this just always confuses me . I totally get an actual separate room not in the main bathroom for the toilet like in Europe but not like people do it here. It would be nice to see an actual detailed floor plan

Transformations of this large and expensive scale typically involve a professional designer. There are a lot of spacing requirements for fixtures, and a lot of technical construction requirements that also go into limiting some of your choices. Such as foundation type and position of the main sewer line. I suggest that you involve a local CBD sooner rather than later.
