We need a to scale floor plan of the whole space you are planning to use for the kitchen . Use graph paper to make it easier to do a scaled drawing. Before choosing anything you need that plan. On the plan show every window, doorways where those lead and every measurement clearly marked Post the plan here in a comment in jpeg format DO NOT start another post .That AI kitchen is all wrong on so many leverls . We also need to measurements of all the appliances in order to do a plan.

Regardless of what countertop you choose, leave off the 4" curb backsplash on the back and tile up the wall instead.

With your arched window, run the new cabinets to the ceiling so it is all on the same plane.

I love a light wood flooring. Are you replacing all the flooring adjacent to the kitchen floor?

You can paint the base of the island an interesting color to compliment the chosen cabinet color.

You do not want an LVP floor butted to existing hardwood. Hardwood can be extended and all can be refinished!

A backsplash is the very last thing to be installed, and you don't need the selection at this point.

Start at the beginning as Jan and Patricia request. We also need to know WHY any of this. What is this costing you and what do you get in the end? Losing real wood floors for vinyl is not a choice most would make. Refinish them. Why the cabinet switch? In the end you get cabinetry with the same basic look and feel of what you have. Is the cabinetry falling apart??? Refinished floor, beautiful stone counters with matching back splash will get you some bang for your buck. While you are at it give your island a bit of a make over, infuse some personality into it. We need to see this space from farther back it all looks very tight. I guess you don't need to justify your wants to anyone but you can pop off the 'back splash" you now have and add tile, in the end that's the biggest change your pictures are showing. Will your cabinetry be done in a new configuration? If not, will suggest you consider keeping the current cabinetry (if it's in good shape) and replacing the doors and drawer fronts.

The hardwood looks like it could potentially the Bruce prefinished floors - those can’t be sanded down. So it’s more a question of if the hardwood can actually be sanded down or not.
