You guys got me in trouble now

Ok kinda embarrassed to admit it but I have gone a little crazy buying a few plants and starting seeds. I have been poking around here everyday enjoying all the posts and plants people here are showing. I seem to follow every link and have not been able to control myself and have purchased a few plants and more seeds. I am trying to keep it down as this is not the best time of year for these plants. I have my light stand all cleaned up and love to see plants growing in the cooler months. So here are the photos of what I have playing with so far. I will plant some more seeds but don't plan on getting more plants until spring. So I have had 14 seeds out of 22 sprout so feeling pretty good about that also can someone give me a suggestion of what to do with the grafted plant I have a closeup of it seems to be budding below the graft when would be the best time to remove the buds or suggestions of what to do with them would be great. Thank you, John

    It's a fairly young graft, so slice off all growth below the graft point.
