My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Th Bannister 3pc Sectional is a VERY hot buy at Apt2B right now; excellent choice!

    It features hand-made in the USA construction and a lifetime guarantee on the frame & workmanship... It's also not hard on the eyes ;)

    The Smoke fabric is one of our Poly-Woven fabrics; it features a tight weave and a feel that's very soft to the touch. It is stain resistant and spot/dry cleanable! 100% polyester.

    We DO have several true Microfiber fabrics available in a similar grey/charcoal color pallet; Stone & Slate. They are true Microfibers; smooth textured stain resistant, velvety in texture and can be spot cleaned and/or dry cleaned with ease! 100% polyester.
