My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The ultimate mancave / home bar-room! This photo taken just prior to the "bar-room addition" being added to the (as depicted below) existing exterior backside of the home. We removed the enclosed screen area, used the existing chimney and turned it into a pizza oven, the stairs became a grand entrance into the entertainment area. The patio platform became the entrance from the main house area to the new addition bar room. Details: rustic 1100 Sqft. bar-room addition recently completed, boasts 2 fireplaces, a pizza oven, a gorgeous full service bar, beautiful display lighting throughout, wall to wall stained tongue and groove wood, polished concrete flooring, full kitchen, bar area, family / entertainment area, the works!!
