Fabric for roller blinds for kitchen remodel--input request!

We are ALMOST there with our total gut job on a 1905 home's kitchen. We're not trying for complete authenticity but trying to give a decent nod to the period. I'm looking for decent priced roller blinds for the bank of three windows over the main sink and for the original 1905 window over the prep sink. Thoughts and resources would be most appreciated! I've attached one fabric pattern I'm considering.
