Contact Ric at ricnfl-Hoyas on ebay. I believe it is his creation. I bought a small plant from him 6 months ago. A very slow grower but leaves are neat.

I don't think it is Ric's creation. I first bought that plant years ago from September Song Nursery. I don't know where they got it from, but it was before Ric started collecting, or at least propagating. I find it easy and just like most carnosas to care for. It doesn't like sun though. It gets very yellow in much sunlight and loses the appeal of those dusty, lamb soft leaves.
