My Local Seller is Outdoing Itself

Visited my Waco Lowes yesterday and couldn't believe the wonderful selection of orchids. They had wooden baskets with blooming dendrobiums, pots of blooming cattleyas, oncidiums, and dendrobiums, as well as 2 trays of bagged cats, a tray of bagged oncidiums, and hanging bags of vandas as well as the usual phals. Bought what I could afford and hope to buy more.

Wow! Lucky you! Our Lowes has only dying phals, nobody wants to buy :(

Mine did too at one time but when they stopped blooming they sold them for $5.00 or less so I bought some and they are now lg, beautiful plants. Always ask if they will take less when they stop blooming and give it a try.
