Going back to 1932

Hey everybody, newbie here. First let me say I'm So glad I find this site. I have been using it for inspiration for my 1930's kitchen remodel. We live in a 1932 Neo-Dutch Colonial, and have begun stripping back the layers of our kitchen, Last night after removing an old wall oven and cabinet I was excited to find wainscoting, extremely old wallpaper and what looks like original linoleum flooring. I can't wait to rip out all the cabinets (late '70's early 1980's remodel) and see what's underneath. I have a mysterious framed void behind where the oven was. I will post pictures later. Something once was there, and I'd love to know what it was.

Anyway, a brief rundown of our thoughts. Farmhouse apron front sink, painted straw colored cabinets, Harmonium floor in green and maybe a bit of yellow, period lighting, anaglypta ceiling.

We are trying to figure out which kitchen faucet we like. I was thinking a bridge faucet, but is it too Victorian looking for a humble 1930's kitchen?
