There are probably thousands of red roses, so the more pictures you can show us would be helpful. the whole bush, thorns if any, leaves front and back, etc. It doesn't look like Mr Lincoln to me, but I could be wrong.

It makes me think of Fragrant Cloud, given the color in the photo.

My Fragrant Cloud was lighter and slightly lavenderish. My Mr Lincoln was a deep red. I don't think it is either.

Appreciate any advice for pruning as well. It is neglected in the parking lot. Should I prune down those woody dead looking branches? It probably also needs some fertilizer. Not sure if I should also pull out some of the liriope that has grown around it.
