My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Unfortunately our free delivery only offers curbside drop off. The packages are not able to be shipped by UPS or Fedex so we must ship by LTL carrier. From that point it is the customers responsibility to assist the driver in getting the furniture off the truck. The customer will have to unbox, set-up, and dispose of the packaging. (However, the packaging itself is all fairly light weight but the packaging is a little bulky.)
