Kitchen Finishes

I am working to pick the finishes for our kitchen. I would love to do brass hardware on the cabinets and brass accents on the island pendant lighting, yet I am thinking of a polished nickel sink faucet for the island sink - see attached picture for my selections and kitchen. What are your thoughts on mixing brass and polised nickel finishes? Does anyone have a picture that shows this?

My first thought isn't the finish of the faucet, it's the style. You've got a split sink which I think will be a lot going on with that faucet and may prove problematic with two handles. Polished nickels can vary somewhat from each other. See if you can get samples of everything together in your space and with your lighting before committing.

Anne- I am actually doing a single bowl sink- the kitchen rendering just doesn't reflect that. I am also not doing the transom window.
