Plumeria Tree's Going Dormant or Dying?

Hi,

I live in Miami and have planted Plemeria cuttings in my yard and have started to notice some problems as we get into our 'fall' season. They were planted in Feb. (no flowers yet) and all the plants experiencing problems. The first one, all the leaves fell off in 2 days time. No drooping, no yellowing, just gone although today I noticed the two new leaves are also drooping and will fall off to the touch. Second one- all the leaves have curled in 2 days times, and there are no spots on them. 3rd one, leaves are turning yellowish brown and falling off. Looks like a branch was munched at as well last night (we have iguanas and raccoons) so I just taped it back hoping it will reroot itself to the branch. The fourth plant, leaves are fading and are a little spotted, and some have a white fungas (looks like) on the back. This plant is the one with the orange tape- was chewed threw and I taped it back and it looks like it has been doing great until now.

I added nutrients in July, the plants are sprayed (automatically) once a day with a mist. The soil is well drained as we are on a slant. I do have these awful millipede like bugs in the soil as well as slugs, but the slugs don't usually hang out in the roots- they like the leaves of another plant I have. It has been extremely windy the past 3 days so I wonder if that may have anything to do with it?
