Yeah, I think you're going to have to define "break the bank" here, as getting rid of all the almond is going to mean pretty much gutting and starting over, which is like $15-45k per bathroom, depending on what you do. Would be great if you could combine them, but otherwise I'm not sure you'll get it all back, so you have to really hate the almond...

Maybe give us a photo of the vanity areas, and we can brainstorm cosmetic fixes while you contemplate whether you really want to tear out two functional bathrooms...

You can glaze over your tub and shower with a white. Call someone in your area that does this. It's not that expensive. You should also paint the walls. Maybe even do a white wainscot around the walls 48" high and paint above that. That's inexpensive too. Just a thought

Well, since it's solid almond, I'd work with it. Corian might be dated, but it's awesome to clean. I'd change out your floor tile for something more modern and choose a nice paint color all to work with that almond. Maybe paint your vanities. I think you can make it look nice without a huge investment.

To put things in perspective, I just paid $2500 for a new single 80" vanity and $1200 for the Quartz top and sink. No faucet included. Can you imagine the cost to redo those bathrooms completely?

Since you won't be there long, do the inexpensive things that make a big impact. Update your light fixtures, add glass knobs to the cabinets, paint the walls bright white, put window film on that odd window, and get light blue towels and rugs.
